I found this weird critter on my torch. It was not a flatworm. When I poked it with tweezers it retracted to half its size. It was encapsulated in a mucousy blob that tore into pieces with the tweezers. I got it all off easily, at least I think... once it was free it squiggled around in the revive and quickly died. Any ideas?

Had one of these dudes in my candy canes hard skeleton when I bought it. Dipped the coral and killed the work but still no idea what it is.
