Encrusted worms on Hippopus clam

Hi all! I have a hippopus clam with some encrusting worms, they have been on the clam since i got it and have not harmed or inhibited any growth i am just curious if anyone know what they are?

Have you ever seen anything come out of them? Maybe a crown or perhaps two little antennas?
That orange tube looks kind of like a Vermetid snail. The other one might just be a harmless feather duster.

+1 on vermetid snails, their feeding mucus net can irritate coral, and sometimes clams mantels.

Carefully remove with hemostats and/or seal up their tube with super glue.
