Looking for mod/high light to moderate flow-recomendations for encrusting corals

One of the divers suggested Leptastrea, seeing them in shallow water.

Majority of encrusting LPS are low to moderate light corals. Encrusting SPS like montiporas should be a better choice, they are fairly tolerant in mixed reef tank.

Second on leptastrea. I’ve got three and those things will grow in a mudhole. Doesn’t matter where I put them they keep chugging. Some of the blue-ish ones will turn an ugly brown in the “carpet” part though if you give them too much light.

i also like leptoseris. They’re agressive but will take light well. The orange ones will stay a better color with more light than some of the others. At least mine did. I don’t have much experience with leptos. I only have 2 and my Mr. Freeze lost the red coloring between the eyes and is just now starting to get pretty again

I think hollywood stunner can tolerate higher lighting.

Honestly though I would just look at montipora for the niche you are wanting
