I need to run a ground probe through my energybar 8. Obviously the outlets are controllable - but does the ground also disconnect when the power is off to an outlet? It seems like this could be reasonably wired either way.
Does anyone know? Should I break out my multimeter when I get a chance?
Do outlets need to be "on" in order for the ground to actually be grounded?
