Enough bioload?

Hey everyone. I just set up a 80 gallon frag tank and was wondering if this is enough bio load or will the tank have to cycle? There is also a large sponge that I took from my display tank as well as the rocks and the ceramic media seen in the picture.

Add an ammonia source (cocktail shrimp or some food) and test for ammonia and nitrate after about 6hrs and then in 24hrs. If no ammonia and you have some nitrate then it’s cycled. Otherwise hard to tell unless you let it run for a while while adding an ammonia source.
