Hey everyone does this look like enough flow for this hammer? I got a new wave maker and I want to make sure that it isn’t get blasted or too little. Let me know!

also it won’t let me attach a video? Anyone know how?

I'm not sure on the video but as long as it's not getting blasted around the flow is good. I like to see gentle back and forth swaying on my LPS coral. To hard or fast and you can damage the fleshy bits.

I don’t think it’s being blasted but it feels too abrupt side to side. More twitchy than flowing if that makes sense

@nereefpat Let me know if this works and you get the little joke haha

also excuse the shrimp everywhere dropped in a bit too much

Flow looks good to me.

How long does it usually take to tell if a new coral will be happy / survive being put in a new tank? 1-2 days 2-3 months 1 year etc? It is my first coral so I just dont know when to feel "safe" that is has transitioned ok

Usually a little after month if you don't start seeing it reacting bad then it is probably comfortable in your tank.

If possible can I get some feedback on the flow around my new hammer? Many thanks
