Enough flow for hammers/frogspawn

Is this enough flow for my hammers and frogspawn? They are doing well - so is it don’t mess with it if it’s working?

Yes it's enough flow. Low/moderate flow is fine for hammers and frogs. and like momma always used to say "If it ain't broke, don't fix it Nice pieces!!!

They look fine, although they'll tolerate much higher than that.
