I have a 90 gallon I have an Jabeo MP40 and an external pump (I dont know the exact specs on it, it came with the system) Do I have enough flow? I only get zoa's and LPS, not really into the other types of coral at the moment.

Your tank dimensions and a picture of your aquascape would help. You won't need high flow, but for longer tanks I think it is smart to have a powerhead on each end.

I have a 4foot 75 gallon and I have an mp40 on one end and a rw15 on the other and I have it dialed down on 50% with more than enough for my sps. Depending on which jabeo you have I would say you have enough for some Zoas and lps
