Enough flow?

Hi there I have a fluval 32.5, and bought a hyger wavemaker (1600gph) and its just not enough, I found a jebao slw 5 for 45 dollars (800gph) is that enough or do I need more? Demensions are:
32.5L
15w
15h

I think I'm gonna go with a Jebao CP 90, and run it on low settings
