Enough flow?

Set up this nuvo 10 a few months ago. How can I tell if I have enough flow? All I’m using is the stock mighty jet 326gph return pump running it on the 196gph setting. Does this look like enough flow?

A gyre would give you some good flow. Like a Maxspect XF350.

I had a small Hygger wave maker in my 10 gallon and it was great.

If I turn the pump up anymore I get sand blowing around.

Needing some help with flow. I have a 4’ tank and trying to get the best flow possible. The drawing is how the rock scape power headed and return shown. I have 2 mp10 running on reef crest setting at 100% max The sand bed has turned greenis and brown as you can see in photos. Any suggestion?
