A PAR-meter rental is much cheaper than buying two extra XR15's that you might not need. =) Seriously, the XR15 is a powerful little light. Get the pair of them, follow Ecotech's instructions for setup, and mount them along with your Primes. Rent the par meter after you add your XR15s and see how your PAR is with those guys set up, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I will diffidently have to do that. It might be a little while. But I will post my PAR once I do get the new lights. Just in case you all would like to know.

My buddy has 2 primes as well, I might borrow them to see what the numbers are with 4 primes. I dont know how difficult that will be for him. I think he has done way to much cable management for me to rip them out lol. I'll ask though.

If he allows me to do that I'll post the PAR levels just to show anyone who wants to know what they would be like with 4 x Prime HD's.

My friend has purchased my 2 x Prime HD's and I have ordered 2 x XR15's and a reef link. They should be in about mid week. The bad thing is. He offered to buy them 2 days after I returned the PAR Meter. I'll rent one out again here soon to see what I am getting. I will also order the diffusers here shortly as well.

Quick question I'm currently running the primes at about 30 watts. Should I run the radions at similar wattage? Or should I go under and gradually move up to where I am wanting? I returned the PAR meter and have not ordered it again. But the trade has happened and I need to get these LED's up tomorrow. What are your thoughts?
