Enough surface agitation??

Is this enough surface agitation? I have a powerhead but it doesnt look good in the display.

That looks fine for gas exchange.

depends how much you want.. if you want 100% gas exchange, use a ph probe and see if the PH in the tank is the same as tank water bubbled with an air stone in a cup for an hour inside the house. If they are different, gas exchange is not "perfect"... How far off from perfect you want is up to you.
