Episcopal mitre snails

I JUST ordered some....from my favorite reef shop! I asked him to bring some in...lol.

He tried to get 50 - only got 5, NOT easy to find (I'm in Canada)

I wanna use one in my seahorse/pipefish build - because I can't use "traditional" means for smoking bristleworms.

From what I've researched....reef safe. They are just bigger versions, of nassarius snails.

They were live on FB. Will they eat other snails?

Yep, Candy Corals.....lol - I asked him to bring some in for me.

They are carnivores - they'll eat bristleworms, peanut worms, detritus...my research said they'll eat smaller snails - but I'd imagine they'd have to be pretty small! They are basically an all-in-one, CuC.

They do get a decent size....so, plan for your tank size.

Mitras snails are basically.....bigger versions of Nassarius snails.
