I wanna place the frags on the rocks but they will fall off unless i glue or epoxy them. At the same time i want to be able to remove it easily in case they aren't a fan of the new location. Would epoxy or gel be better for this?

Evening,

To be honest I glue everything with gorilla gel glue, I have yet to not be able to remove 1 unless it starts to encrust and reset it somewhere else . But, I take the frags off the plugs since I hate the look of plugs. That may make a difference.

I tack them in place with superglue gel, I've found you can pretty easily pop it back off the rocks if needed but they don't tend to fall on their own.

Yea super glue will become very brittle and break easily if you want to move it. All it’s good for is holding it down until the coral starts to grow onto the rock. Once that happens you won’t be able to remove it other than in frags.
