Epoxy stick from Lowes

Is this product OK to use to attach my frag plugs to the reef structure, are there any down falls or is this product safe to use?

Looking at the brief description it states "
Steel filled material, mixes in the hand and hardens in minutes" I can only say I would not use any product that has steel in it for my tank.
