I have a McCoskers wrasse with popeye, and he’s not looking so good just laying at the bottom. I have him in a 10g qt tank, dosed with combo of furan2/ kanaplex/ metroplex.

Would epsom salt also help? Should it be done in a bath, or can it be added to qt along with the other meds? I have brs magnesium sulphate on hand... epsom salt is just magnesium sulfate, right? Any other advice?

Is it both eyes or just one?
Yes, plain USP epsom salts is magnesium sulphate. Though the BRS version claims it is made with "pharma grade" ingredients.

It started with just one eye, but now it is both.

One eye is usually an injury; both eyes usually are an infection requiring antibiotics. Erythromycin is the best antibiotic for treating eye infections on fish. Highly recommend it.
