I bought an equipment cabinet to put all my Dosing pumps and ballasts ,etc. into.Problem is my tank is two inches off from allowing it to fit where needs to go. Has anyone successfully moved a running setup over some?Any suggestions or tips would be helpful thanks.

When I built my cabinet I put cabinet nylon slides on the base of the cabinet so that I could slide the cabinet on my hardwood floors and not scratch the floor if I need to move the base cabinet. That being said, is you cabinet on carpet? Or is the cabinet on a solid floor? what I would do is purchase some magic slides( http://www.magicsliders.com/) and use a pry bar to slightly raise the cabinet and side the slides under the corners and middle, of the cabinet. Then you can move your system.

Moving the display and stand? How big of a setup? I just moved one of mine last week but it's not that big. I pumped as much water out as I could into trash cans. And took out rocks. Put living stuff in 5 gal buckets. I'd be really careful as it may create stress on the tank you can't see causing a future leak.

75 gal dt and @20gal sump with external pump and plumbing into back of tank from it i should add too..I am/was figuring its be next to impossible without disturbing the tank but figured someone out there may have done or had something i hadnt thouht of to make it slightly possible lol...thanks so far for the ideas

Also it is on tile floors...hardwood stand and it is a bowfront unfortunately

There is no simple way with a bigger tank, your probably close 2 a 1000 pounds. A prybar could crack the tile.

Drain the tank as much as possible. Have someone lift one end while another pushes or putt a jack in between he wall and stand good luck
