Equipment clean up/clear out

Well, It seems my deal on the new house is moving along nicely, so I'm clearing out everything I can so I don't have to move it. I'm down to mostly small stuff now, so here's the list. I'll attach some pictures too.

I'm also interested in a shallow reef setup. Something along the size of a 40B. Heck, a new-ish condition 40B would even be good since I can add an overflow.

Local pick up preferred but all items can be shipped at buyer's expense unless noted otherwise (shipping from 21061). We'll calculate actual shipping costs when setting up payment.
