What's the water height recommendation

It's designed to fit in the back compartment of an innovative marine tank. It sits about 3/4 submerged so that its flush with the top of the tank.

Includes 4 ati bulbs - 2 coral plus, blue plus, actinic
3 power supplies- 2 so you can control 2 bulbs at a time, and the other for the nighttime leds

Better to pickup in LA for this. Willing to ship but buyers pays shipping.

I have 2 working lights but 1 of them needs a replacement power supply.
$250 for the fully working one. $150 for the one that needs a new power supply. (You can order them online for around $100)

Also better to pickup in LA. Can ship though, will need to get an estimate before committing shipping costs. I get a sizeable fedex discount so it could reasonable.
