Those dimensions reminded me of a Petco bookshelf tank, but that's actually a little bigger, and tends to run $38-41 on petco.com ($49.99 in stores). I have a long skinny space available and MTS, and wouldn't mind if someone reposted the pictures here for inspiration. (Jasper's too far for me to drive.)

This is the frag tank above my 20L

I have to admit, I wasn't expecting to see the frag tank above the other tank like that. I think I have a lot to learn about plumbing. I get that the frag tank is draining into the 20L through the pipe on the right side. Would you mind describing what is going on in the setup on the left side (it's a little too dark for me to guess). Is the shelf that holds the frag tank only supported by the piece of wood (2x6?) coming up the middle behind it?

The 20L contents look nice and colorful. I like how you have the two separate sections of rock.

Its all simple really. Water was pumped up into the frag tank using a biocube 29 return pump (240gph give or take a few)tucked in behind the rockwork and i just used vinyl tubing with a ball valve to reduce the flow a bit.

The stand for it was a piece of 1/4"x6" board that was leftover from a baby bed/toddler bed type contraption that my wife bought a few years ago when our daughter was born, a couple 2x4s.

Thanks for your compliments on the tank, i actually had to switch everything into a standard 20 the other day because i came home to about 2 gallons of tank water in the floor. I have a 40breeder project going on now that everything will eventually call their permanent home!
