Now that I’ve found this wonder forum, and ordered all the must have meds, I’ve decided to upgrade! Yay R2R!!! I’ve got a 55 g freshwater convert so no sump, no fuge, nothing. Just a tank, a canister filter, power heads, and a decent LED light. Getting overwhelmed w all the equipment options. Is there an article or anything someone can point me to?
Much appreciated :)

Hi Mariette and welcome to R2R! Here's a thread that will help give you an idea about where/how to start. It's a bit long but gives some very good insight and tips to starting a tank. Hope it helps!

Tunze makes a nice in tank system that requires no drilling. Check out the systems at Marine Depot or Bulk Reef Supply online.

Just converting from FW myself with a 54g. I’ve gone with HOB skimmer and using the canister as a reactor
Welcome aboard
