Hey guys so I need some emergency advice on what yall think I should do. I just woke up to 3 gallons of saltwater on the floor that leaked from the wire port of my canister filter. Should I add a new filter to the tank and let it cause me issues or should I move everything from my 29 to my 75 gallon tank

If tank is established with live rock, just swap filters and feed lightly to let the bacteria catch up

Your live rock is already doing the heavy lifting on biological filtration. I just swapped a new hob, to replace a faulty one. on my 5g nano a couple weeks ago. No problems

Oh, and an ammonia badge wouldn't hurt if it's a newer tank, that and a small bottle of prime are cheap insurance

If I do happen to move everything from my 29. I want to be able to move everything meaning water and sand. If I do that what would be the survival rate be if the nitrate in my 29 is at 10 and the nitrate is at 40. But I slowly drip acclimate my fish and corals

I'd expect your corals to be unhappy with a jump from 10 to 40. Fish are not as sensitive, but unsure the effect
