Hey all,

We have been on the market for what I've heard called an in line filter. We want to use it like an underwater vacuum for tank maintenance, where one end of the line is the intake and we could move it around the rock work to suck up loose bits of algae and whatnot and then the return line would just feed back into the tank. Are there any brands or alternatives we should try?

Thank you for your time,

Gravel vacuum is what they are called. Some come with a siphon starter, I just put an end in front of a powerhead and it does the same thing.

Brand isn't important I wouldn't think.
