What other stuff would I need?

That looks to be a very complete setup to me. Good luck!

wavemakers and mantience stuff would be my only needs?
My guess is you'll get all that too. The post mentioned "micelaneous pumps", that's probably a circ pump or two. You'll need little things like nets and a syphon hose, but I would bet that stuff will be included too. Sounds like this person is selling their whole setup, which is usually a very good deal. Why not reach out to the seller and ask what's included?

Ive been in talks with her.

clownfish, mandarin dragonette , and I also really like corals...

Well... you certainly can accommodate a lot of interesting creatures in a tank that size. No problem for the above mentioned.

Sorry if I missed this; how much?

its 450 for the entire thing

That is a very good price!

But I'd like to share something...

Previously, my tanks ran in the 40-90 gallon range. But it wasn't until about 18 months ago that I got into larger tanks (125 gallons).

I rely on faithful water changes to export nutrient and to replenish elements consumed by the tank life. And with larger tanks, regular water changes can become expensive, not to mention impractical. So maintaining good parameters in larger tanks will require some kind of dosing.
