Error accessing article reviews

For the 2nd time this week I have received a notification that someone reviewed my most recent article on Apex Control Types:

However, when I click the notification I get an error stating I don't have permissions to access it:

Can someone look into this?

Looks like it must have been removed is the reason.

I’m getting the same error for a new review posted today. This is the 3rd time this has happened, so it seems odd if the reviews are being deleted as suggested above. Here’s the latest URL: https://www.reef2reef.com/ams/apex-control-types.767/review/3633/

This problem is still happening. I received another alert this morning about a new review:

When I click the alert, I see this error page:

This can no longer be considered a fluke or that the review was removed. There is definitely something wrong with the Review functionality on this platform.

Can someone on the development team look into this?
