Error setting up email notifications

Hi,
I'm setting up email notifications and when I put in my email address i get the following...

Recipient Details
Error

This recipient can't be used due to an abuse complaint.

What's up with this and how can I fix it??? BTW...I'm not a criminal. LOL!!!

Hmm...I'd suggest contacting their customer service department and seeing what might have caused the issue. @Terence might be able to help.

Thanks! I did that. Surprisingly, there is nothing they can do about it. Somewhere along my 10+ years of being a loyal apex user something mistakingly was reported as spam and Neptune says they can't fix to allow my email notifications to come into that email address....yet when I send them an email through tech support.... I get their emails??? I'm not sure if they truly can't fix it or they don't want to bother with it. I'm a bit discouraged by the lack of explanation.
