Error updating firmware on Profilux 4

I am trying to update the firmware on my Profilux 4 but I get the below error soon after the update starts:

When I restart the device, it just hangs in the update screen. Has anyone encountered this issue?

If I recall you just hit ok and ignore restarting it and it will continue with the update.
