EShoppes R-100 G3 Sump

I am new to the hobby. I began in February with a 37 gal starter kit but in the past couple weeks transitioned to a 90 gal with the EShoppes R-100 G3 Sump.
I am getting micro bubbles in my tank. I've slowed the pump, water level is good, pump is in correct chamber but I continue to get an unacceptable amount of micro bubbles in my DT.
Any suggestions to further mitigate this issue?

Are they coming from your skimmer?
