I currently run two canister filters on my 65gal reef tank. I've had great luck with corals, not so much with fish! My question is i am getting rid of the canister filters and setting up an eshopps r-100 refugium sump, is this going to cause my tank to cycle again? I'll keep one canister running while the sump gets going... this is a new step for me so any info is appreciated. Thanks reefers!

Just keep your biomedia from the canisters in the tank and you should be fine. The only reason your tank would crash is if you remove all biomedia or dry it out, in which case you lost alot of your nitrifying bacteria.
