Bought a new skimmer on 2/14. I went with the eshopps axium x220 skimmer. I wanted a smaller footprint than the coralife cone skimmer I have and this for the bill.

The only problem was when I opened the box and went to install the skimmer, there was no pump in the box!!

I did get ahold of eshopps tech support and they had a pump out too ups by the end of the day. I be should have it by middle of next week.

I will say 2 things

1) the build quality ok the skimmer is very good, and the footprint is way smaller than what I have now.

2) Sandy at eshopps was easy to deal with. All she requested was a copy of my receipt and once I sent it, I got the ups tracking about 5 minutes later

Am I bummed I didn't get to install it right away, yes. But eshopps made it right, and that's all I can ask of them. I work in distribution so I know things like this happen, and I can't get mad at the person on the phone, she didn't pack the box.

Mods: not sure if this is the correct form, please move of needed
