eshopps cone s120 skimmer help

can anyone help tune this skimmer its been in for a week now and still acting up. foam either is way too wet or its overflowing cant seem to find the sweet spot it is in 9 inches of water

If your getting wet foam, your close to where its supposed to be, just turn it down a smidge, and leave it there, its not going to skim all the time.
