Eshopps customer service?

What's everyone's experience been getting customer service from Eshopps?
I emailed them over a week ago and haven't gotten any response.

I used them long ago on one of their old 300 sumps had an issue with. Be honest I can’t remember it was so long ago, but a bump may find someone else with more recent info.

Thanks! I was able to reach them with a second email. They're sending me a replacement external box.

Not excited about redoing partial plumbing on a running system backed to the wall. lol
