Eshopp's doser head tubing

I feel like I'm on a wild goose hunt.. I've been talking to eshopp's since last Thursday in regards to finding doser head tube replacements. The emails have dragged on longer than you can imagine. Just to find out they do not sell them or know where to find them.... The responses I've received from them will cause me to stay away from this manufacturer in the future, unfortunately. Does anyone have any recommendations for finding this. I really thought this would be a simple fix.

Can you post an image of the tubing and dimensions? Maybe someone will know where you can find a cheap replacement.
