Eshopps Eclipse S and return bulk head question..

I just got a Eshopp Eclipse S for $40 bucs for my 40 gallons tank but didn't came with the diamond bit. I think is come with a 60mm drill bit and I have one but it fits pretty tight on the template. I don't think I can use that one cuz will eat some of the template. Any suggestion?

About the return bulk head, what would be the right size for my 40g, like 3/4 or 1/2 as I see on glass-holes.com

This is my first saltwater tank I will setup and also my first drilling tank.

I have the eclipse S as well, the diamond bit should be 65mm as the bulkhead should be 1.5 inches. For return i drilled a 3/4 inch bulkhead return and did 3/4 inch loc line fittings. I'll double check the size of the drill bit when I get home from work tonight.

Well I took a look, and unfortunately there are no markings on the drill bit. But it measures approximately 1 5/16
