Okay, thank you Crab Mcjones and everyone else. A gasket on each side of the glass worked perfectly, no leak. For anyone installing the Eclipse, DO NOT follow Eshopps youtube installation video.
Install this way: Interior weir box>gasket on interior glass>glass>gasket on exterior glass>outer drain box> nut, no gasket.
If you have no gasket behind the interior weir box, water can seep in behind the weir box, through the drilled hole, down the threads and into the rear drain box. Also, a gasket under the large nut seems to serve no purpose except to make it more difficult to tighten the large nut in the drain box.
The only aesthetic drawback is that the weir box does not sit flush against the back interior glass, but who cares.
It's difficult to understand why Eshopps instructions seem to be poorly thought out, although I must say, their customer service response time is excellent, they called me back yesterday in under 5 minutes trying to help.
