Can you share more information about the specific overflow, bulkhead, and hose?I just bought an overflow for the first time i wanted to ask how you can connect the hose to the bulkhead ??
YES! thank you sir and you can find the pvc parts at a regular hardware store? Can you share more information about the specific overflow, bulkhead, and hose?
Likely, you should join in a piece of PVC pipe to the bulkhead and bond with PVC solvent cement, then attach a hose adapter to the pipe (again with solvent cement), then mount the hose to the hose adapter, possibly with a hose clamp.
I can explain this more in-depth if necessary, but would like some more clarity on your situation before determining this is the way you need to head.
Edit: I just did some searching on the Eshopps nano overflow and found what I expected with a typical bulkhead (though I don't know the size of pipe needed).
If you are using a flexible hose for the drain, you should find the size of PVC pipe needed to fit inside the bottom of the bulkhead and follow my recommendation above for adapting to hose.
Edit 2: BRS states on their website for the PF-Nano HOB Eshopps overflow that the bulkhead is 3/4" (which would be the needed PVC pipe size, schedule 40 standard-use pipe should be enough for a drain).
Yes, you should be able to get a short PVC pipe, adapter, solvent cement, and hose (of the appropriate size, I personally would try to match the PVC dimension to not restrict the drain) at typical hardware stores.YES! thank you sir and you can find the pvc parts at a regular hardware store?
