Hello, I'm currently having an issue with my eshopps nano skimmer. Regardless of the pump setting or height, given 6-10 hours it starts skimming extremely wet, and the water level within the skimmer begins to rise about halfway into the neck of the cup! When I remove the cup, a bunch of water spills out, indicating it's primarily water, and not bubbles in the neck of the skimmer. At this point, I have to empty the cup about once a day. It's been running for 3 weeks in a nuvo 20. The water level stays constant. For those who own the same skimmer, any tips? All help is appreciated, thank you for your time.

I have an eshopps 120. Although it is not the nano, perhaps my solution applies to yours?.
My skimmer had the same issue until I raised the skimmer more. (lower water level)
i.e. I ignored the water level eshopps recommended. Then it started to skim better. I don't know if that's something you can do with the nano, but perhaps it helps?

I have this in a lagoon 25. As others have said raise it up a bit. Let it sit there for a few days, then evaluate again. If your bioload is minimal don’t expect this thing to pull out a crazy amount of gunk. The skimmer is good for what it is.

How do you guys like that Skimmer? I was thinking about adding one on my sump for my 32g. My concern is the collection cup size. Has anyone investigated manufacturing a new size cup?
