I have been using this skimmer for a while, and when the pump is cranked to max it seems to work well, that said it also produces a TON of micro bubbles. This hasn't really bothered me in previous set ups as I had other sources of bubbles and the skimmer was in tank anyway. . . but I am trying to attain a cleaner look with this new tank and would like to reduce the micro bubbles.

Other good skimmer options for 30 gallons?

I do have a hydorr skimmer sitting in my garage but I have no experience with it, guess I could try it.
