The pump suddenly started making a weird sound and customer service sent me a new one. The new pump has no sounds and works better than the old one. I'm selling because I have an HOB skimmer.

Can you tell me what you had to do to get a replacement pump? Because i think i am having the same problem and want to know if you went directly to sicce or eshopps.
