**PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY**
I had this skimmer previously listed on multiple platforms, including eBay. The buyer purchased this skimmer, it was exceptionally packed/shipped and 4 days after the buyer contacted me trying to claim it was broken and attempted to blame me for it. In a nutshell it would appear either the USPS handled it like a soccer ball or the buyer dropped it and broke some acrylic parts. I suspect the latter. Due to eBay’s buyer guarantee, to preserve my 100% feedback acquired over 15 years of buying and selling on eBay, I requested the skimmer be returned with any parts that had broken, and had to refund the buyer.
I REPAIRED/REWELDED THE DAMAGE TO THIS SKIMMER AFTER RECEIVING IT BACK with weld-on no. 16. The skimmer is 100% functional and skims just fine. Below is a video I made explaining what was repaired and to display that it works just fine.
Asking $75 as the skimmer is still In fine working condition, the repairs at this point are cosmetic in a submerged part of the skimmer, and the pump is in good working order.
I ask respectfully not to contact me with ridiculous offers for less than the sicci pump is worth. If you are looking to acquire a good skimmer on a budget this may be for you. I am just looking to recoup my losses from the eBay debacle, not to mention this is a secondary skimmer i acquired with a tank purchase. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
