eshopps s200 skimmer

So I have an S200 I think its a 4th gen and I got it new but out of the box so if there was a manual I dont have it.

There are 2 adjustments I can make I assume 1 is water flow and one is air. I get the air one it just spins and increases air easy.

The water one I dont get. It can spin or be lifted up and down I dont know the best use of this adjustment knob or even how to use it.

The how to video which is 1:30 it looks like he is spinning it and lifting it and he does not mention what does what.

So I understand silly question but anyone have one of these that knows how that works? I have been leaving the water one alone and just adjusting air but to really dial it in thats probably not the best.

Its a pretty simple adjustment, turning clockwise and it will raise the baffle to allow more water out of the skimmer, turn counter clockwise to keep baffle lower and raise the water level inside the skimmer. Keep the baffle in the slot no need to be lifting it up and down. Hope this makes sense to you. And just open the air all the way no need to restrict it, I use an s300 and found no need to slow air flow.
