Eshopps skimmer arrived broken

Just wondering if there is anyone from eshopps hear. Just purchased a brand new PKM-75h and one of the elbows is broken making it unusable.
How is there customers service? Unfortunately my local store just had the one left.

So for anyone that saw this I have to say eshopps lived up to what I heard. Sandy at customer service took care of the issue quickly and has new parts on the way. It's nice to know that there are some grate US companies still around that back there products

Great to hear. Most manufacturers, in almost any industry, would tell you to take the damaged item back to the place of purchase. I personally have never even considered going straight to the manufacturer, unless they shipped it to me directly.
Many of the products we buy in the US now are made in Asia or elsewhere. Imagine having to call China to get a water pump warranty satisfied.
