So i got this Essentials Bio Boost bacteria from my lfs to help cycle my 10 gallon nano, does anyone have any info on it or if its legit?

I've never understood how these can worth both in saltwater and freshwater given the two grow different types of bacteria. Looks like seachem stability basically.

Yeah. I think it should be fine. Just add some ammonia and give it a week or so.

All you need to do is this (updated cycling science based on # of days underwater vs test non digital test kit guessing)

Add that + a pinch of fish food ground into powder. Wait until April 8th. Do a water change and you're done cycling, can proceed, the cycle will be done by that already known wait time. Have rocks, heater and circulation running the whole time
