I've had my ten gallon running for about 8 months now with a few small corals and a few large. My main concern is a few that I have inherited from a friend and fellow reef enthusiast. Unfortunately, he didn't take much care of his tank and a few of the corals I received from him have lost their pigment. I've been dosing acropower amino acids and liquid reef by brightwell and the color seems to have improved but I'm wondering if they will ever be back to their full potential or if I'm fighting a battle that can't be won.

What lighting are they under, and what lighting type were they under? They are beautiful specimens, but most LPS do not need to be blasted with intense lighting.

It's a TT- AL09 white & blue light I believe it's a 120 watt

Thought this was a pretty cool youtube on your light.

Looks like it gets the job done. It's dimable so try turning it down a little or raise it a little and see if you see some color improvement.

Thanks I inherited this from the same friend. I am looking into some full spectrum lights. Any suggestions??

If money is not a concern then Radion for LED or one of the ATI hybrids, Giesemann Aurora . I use a Hydra 52 and it's good light as well.
