Hello everyone I am still pretty new to the saltwater reefing hobby and was wanting to get hooked up with some people to get information, ideas, etc.. I was just wondering what would I have to do to join the ETRC and what all goes into it? I do live in knoxville tn.

Why hello. RobD is the club president. The process to join is very simple. Club dues are 24 dollars a year. Rob can send you the links you need to join and all that stuff. I mean, they let me in so, it's gotta be easy.

Welcome to the hobby and ETRC!

We'd love to see your tank!

If it's information and ideas you're looking for....then my friend....you have hit the jackpot! Welcome to the East Tennessee Reef Club! These guys have a wealth of knowledge and experience they're happy to share. Lord knows, I can barely make it through a single day without bugging someone with my questions.

Joining is as simple as saying you'd like to join and then paying club dues. Like jmcdaniel mentioned...dues are $24/year. However, they are currently pro-rated at $20. The preferred method of payment is via the club paypal account (I will PM the details to you). If you don't have a paypal account, then cash is fine as well.

Again, welcome......and let's see your tank!

Thanks for the information everyone. Above is a picture of my tank. It nothing to impressive but Its mine so I like it. The next thing that I am wanting to get is at lease one coral to add some color to the tank. It is just a 30 gallon tank so I am debating on which one to get. Theres still some algae but I am working on getting it under control
