Recently I acquired a ETSS skimmer. The original owner had siliconed the bubble chamber to the skimmer body. This has deteriorated and I would like to fix it. Should I re-silicone it or perhaps use acrylic cement? Any Thoughts?

Don't use silicone it will just fail again. For a permanent fix I'd remove all of the old silicone in its entirety, sand to smooth the surface so the pieces fit together nice a flush, and clean with denatured alcohol. It looks like a pretty clean break so I'd use Weldon 4 to bond the reaction chamber and follow it up with Weldon 16 to reinforce and fill any gaps there may possibly be. If prepped correctly you should be good to go.

Removing silicone residue is no fun.

Thanks! That is just kind of info I was looking for!
