Eucheuma penny algae

I got the penny algae from reef cleaners and it looks like a nice sprig of eucheuma. I'd like to put it in my display. Will my CUC eat it? I have nerites, nasa, ceriths, a veriety of hermits and emeralds. I'd rather it not get eaten right away. If they'll nibble at it I'll keep it in the fuge till it's big enough to harvest some for them.

I just got some too. I put it in my fuge which has cerith. They don't seem to be interested in it. Is nasa short for nassarius? If so then it shouldn't bother it either. It's my understanding that they are meat and detritus eaters only. Can't say for sure about the others though. Maybe put a small piece in and see what happens.
