So I've seen Eucheuma Spinosum pop up here and there and it looks super awesome, but the common theme is that it's hard to keep alive long term and the info I've seen on what makes it happy is conflicting one another, so has anyone kept Spinosum (long term especially) and how are you keeping it?

Years ago I tried a couple times with multiple clumps in different conditions each time... and failed miserably. Tried higher/lower light. Tried various amounts of flow. Tried anything I could find that was suggested other than some info I found that said it really needs lower temps (no idea if that is accurate and was not willing to drop my tank temp anyway).

Anyway mine always seemed to pretty much disintegrate. If you try it and have luck I would be interested to hear what you do.
