Eunice worm or something else

I have been pulling these out of my 30 gallon Frag tank for about a month now. Around 5 a week. So something somewhere hatched! Can I get an ID and some exit strategies TIA!

yeah that looks like a Dorvilleidae worm to me, they may be in the same order as eunice worms but these guys are detritivores aka algae eaters mostly.
 
Dorvilleidae Yea that seems to be them thanks. They look very white in the tank. Now I feel bad I’ve pulled so many out lol

Many eunicid worms are completely harmless to our tanks as well...
