I have had the same issue before, imo if everything else in your tank is doing good, then I wouldn't worry about it. It looks healthy as is, but keep in mind not all coral are meant for captivity. Try moving to a position with different lighting as well
 
It looks like it's getting too much flow IMO. That head on the right doesn't look happy at all. You might want to find a spot where the currents are not as swift and see how it responds.
 
@Animagus is correct I would move it. How ever don't be worried about the "tentacle" length as the length is determined by what region/area the coral was propagated from. if you look as a general rule, torch corals from Indonesia tend to have long wavy flesh and ones from Australia are on the opposite end of the spectrum. Not always since even in those regions the areas vary.
